The challenge

AI image tools draw a different face every time. For a comic, that breaks the story: the hero’s hair, outfit and height change from one panel to the next, and fixing one image means starting again.

The approach

Anime Creator gives each character a 16-field visual profile and an official reference sheet, and each location its own background art. When a panel is drawn, the studio sends those references, the series style bible and the previous panel to a local Codex CLI, so the same face, outfit and place appear on every page. Speech bubbles and sound effects are overlays rather than part of the image, any image can be refined with a comment and rolled back to an earlier version, and a finished chapter can be voiced, set to music and exported as a vertical video.
