Valet
Call your car from the table.
A valet parking concept for restaurants, malls, hospitals and events in Lebanon: guests get a digital ticket at drop-off and call their car from the table, staff work from a live queue, and the venue sees its busy hours and wait times.

Guest and staff side by side, the moment a car is requested
1 / 7The challenge
Valet parking is everywhere in Lebanon, and it still runs on a paper stub. Guests lose the stub or wait at the curb without knowing how long it will take, staff shout plate numbers across the lot, and the venue has no idea how many cars it handles each night.
The approach
At drop-off, staff register the car with its key hook and the guest scans a QR code to get a digital ticket. From the table, one tap on “Bring my car” sends the request to the team with the table number and key hook, and the guest follows the car and the wait time. The staff queue puts requested cars first, each with a timer. Every request is recorded, so the venue sees cars per night, busy hours and average wait.
