Most of what the business sells is made to measure: curtains, blinds and bedding cut, sewn and installed for each home. That does not fit a standard add-to-cart flow, yet ready-made items such as pillows and mattresses still needed one.
The approach
The catalogue is organised by category, from curtains and upholstery to indoor and outdoor blinds and bedding, with breadcrumbs from each category down to the product. Ready-made items have a cart, discounts and an order-by-WhatsApp button, while made-to-measure items lead to a WhatsApp quote. Customers can create an account to save favourites and receive a promo code, a blog answers common questions, and a map shows the way to the showroom.
