Football shirts sell by club, version and size, and the most popular sizes sell out first. Customers in Lebanon also expect to pay cash on delivery and to ask questions on WhatsApp before they order.
The approach
The store runs on a multi-tenant e-commerce platform we built: a Next.js storefront, a NestJS API with PostgreSQL, and a backoffice where the owner manages products, stock and orders. Products have a size and colour variant matrix, so stock is tracked per size and the store shows low-stock and sold-out sizes on its own. Checkout is cash on delivery, customers track an order with its number and email, and a WhatsApp button keeps the conversation one tap away.
