Dossier
Every patient. One calm record.
A clinic manager concept for independent doctors: the day’s schedule and waiting room, patient files with the medical summary always in view, visit notes that lock once signed, prescriptions on the doctor’s letterhead, and receipts in US dollars or Lebanese pounds.

The Today view: appointments, waiting room, average wait and payments collected in dollars and Lebanese pounds
1 / 8The challenge
Many independent doctors run their practice from a paper agenda, a folder of handwritten notes and a spreadsheet of fees. An allergy is easy to miss when the file is closed, the assistant needs the schedule but should not read clinical notes, and patients pay in two currencies.
The approach
Dossier starts with the day: a schedule and a waiting room that the assistant updates as patients arrive. In each patient file, allergies, conditions and medications stay in view on every tab. Visit notes follow a structured template and lock when signed, so later corrections become dated addenda. Doctor and assistant roles keep clinical information private, and receipts are issued in dollars with payment accepted in either currency at the clinic’s daily rate.
