How to get your business found in Google and in AI answers.
What helps a business appear in search results, Google AI Overviews and assistants such as ChatGPT search, without tricks.

Answer the questions customers actually ask
Write down the questions customers ask on the phone or on WhatsApp: prices, delivery areas, how long a job takes, what is included. Each important question deserves a clear answer on your site, ideally in the first lines of a page, in plain words.
AI answer engines summarise pages that state things directly. A page that says “We deliver across Lebanon in two to three working days, and to Beirut the next day” is far easier to quote than one that only promises “fast delivery”.
Make the basics easy for machines
Each page should have a unique title, a short description and one clear main heading. Use real text rather than text inside images, and give images useful alternative text. Pages should load quickly on a phone and be reachable through normal links.
Submit your sitemap in Google Search Console and check it for indexing problems. Structured data, such as Organization, LocalBusiness or Product markup, helps search engines understand your content, although it does not guarantee a special result.
Be consistent and credible
Use the same business name, address and phone number on your site, your Google Business Profile, your social pages and directories. Add opening hours, photos and the areas you serve, and reply to reviews.
Show who is behind the business: real people, real projects, clear contact details and, where they apply, licences or certifications. Search engines and the people reading your page both look for these signals.
Cover every language your customers search in
If customers search in Arabic, French and English, publish real pages in each language, each with its own address, and tell search engines how they relate. Translating the menu and nothing else helps very little.
Then measure. Search Console shows which searches bring people to your site, and those searches tell you what to write next.
What to take away
- Answer real customer questions clearly, early on the page.
- Get the technical basics right and use Search Console.
- Keep business details consistent in every language you serve.
